Seeking Applications for Clerk – Part Time

Summary:

Whitestown Town Board is seeking applicants for the entry-level position of Clerk - part time to work as a receptionist, typist and general cleric for various town departments.

 

All applicants must have general knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment, ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with others, ability to keep accurate records, tact and courtesy, clerical aptitude, and accuracy.

 

Minimum qualifications are graduation from high school or possession of high school equivalency diploma or two years of clerical experience.

 

Applications are available at the Whitestown Personnel Office at 8 Park Ave, Whitesboro or can be downloaded from the Oneida County Personnel page on the Oneida County website (www.ocgov.net) and must be returned no later than August 1, 2007 to Nancy Hartman, 8 Park Ave, Whitesboro.
